We did it! We got the house we wanted. Last night, Leslie and I went to the owner of the home that is for sale by owner and presented an offer - they countered and we accepted! We got the house we love AND all the appliances (including washer and dryer) and all the window treatments :)

It should be an exciting month of August!

Well...another Tuesday. This Tuesday feels like a Monday for me. My schedule has changed a bit at work. Now i'll be working every other week 4 10 hour days with Sat-Sun-Mon off, then my normal schedule of 8-4 M-F the other week.

I'm almost a home owner!!!! Leslie's Condo sold last week Wed night and we'll be putting in a bid on the house we like tomorrow! Hopefully they accept the offer and we'll be good to go! I'm excited! Cammy will have a huge backyard to run around in and i'll have a big 2 1/2 car (and DEEP) garage for my cars :)
